Submission Guidelines
Papers should be written in English and formatted according to the Springer LNCS one-column page format. Papers must have a length of 12-15 pages in LNCS format. Extra pages are allowed, however, an extra page charge will be applied.
We highly recommend authors to use overleaf for composing your paper. In addition, the Springer's LNCS format in Latex is also available for use easily in overleaf. You can use the following template:

Registration Information
The registration is mandatory for the author to present and publish the paper in the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee. For the In-Person registration, we offer a conference bag, tea breaks, lunch, one night dinner, certificate for participation, and access to all the sessions. For online registrations, only certificate for participation will be provided.

- Any payment made after Registration Deadline has to pay additional $100 apart from regular fee shown above.

All registration payments are in USD (United States Dollars). We provide two payment methods:
- Pay via Card: Credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure online portal.
- Custom Payments (Local Authors): Authors from Turkey can pay in local currency to a local account. Please email info@medprai.com with subject “MedPRAI 2026 Local Payment Details” to receive the account information.

Camera-Ready Guidelines
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the following three mandatory files:
- Original Source Files of Paper(Latex as a ZIP or Word)
- PDF Version of Paper
- Completely Filled and Signed Copyright Form

Important Information
- No AI-generated content is permitted in the camera-ready submission; such content may be treated as AI plagiarism and textual similarity, and papers failing these checks will be excluded from publication.
- All references must be genuine, complete, and verifiable; AI-generated, fabricated, or incomplete references will not be considered.
- The camera-ready manuscript must strictly follow the official Springer template; any formatting deviation may lead to rejection during production checks.
Presentation Guidelines
The conference spans two days. Different sessions will be arranged, and you will present your paper live in your specified session. The session chair will head each session. You should wait for your turn, and the session chair will invite authors in sequence to present their papers.
All authors are requested to follow the following guidelines for preparing and presenting their paper:
- The maximum amount of time allocated for each paper is 15 minutes. The presenter will present the paper for 10-12 minutes, followed by a 2-3 minute Question/Answer session.
- We encourage you to put the MedPRAI Conference logo and Title in the background of your presentation.
- The slide design should be as simple as possible. Avoid using paragraphs in the slides. They should be compact and to the point.
- Audience are requested to ask questions during the Q/A session at the end of the presenation.
Proceeding Publication
- Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
- All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.
To ensure that your paper gets published this prestigious academic databases, it is essential to adhere to the following guidelines and quality requirements:
- Formatting and Submission:Format your paper according to the conference's submission guidelines and template.
- Originality and Plagiarism:Ensure that your paper presents original work and has not been published elsewhere. Plagiarism is a serious offense in academic publishing and can lead to rejection. Use appropriate citation and referencing for all sources and ideas.
- English Language: Use clear and concise English language in your paper. Poorly written papers with grammar or language issues may be rejected.
- Copyright and Consent: Ensure you have the necessary rights to publish the paper. If your paper includes content (e.g., figures, tables) from other sources, make sure you have obtained the appropriate permissions for reuse.
Review Process
- All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Additional reviewers will be consulted if required.
- All papers will go through plagiarism checker. Plagiarism report must not exceed 15%
- All papers must be formated according to the Springer LNCS format.
- Paper acceptance will be based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation.
- Authors must make sure that they submit previously unpublished papers to this conference.
